Packing, insurance and shipping are provided free on all orders that can be shipped
UPS ground service within the Continental United States.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the hand-crafted nature of art work, dimensions and colors may vary. Items in stock
are normally shipped within 3 working days of the order. Out of stock items may take 5 to 6 weeks before shipment. When your order is confirmed, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date. Rest assured that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange. Just let us know within six (6) days of the receipt of the merchandise. All sales are final seven (7) days after the customer receives the merchandise.
The customer is responsible for contacting Cerzan Studio regarding returns and to get
a (RAN) Return Authorization Number. Any unauthorized return will be refused. In case of an
approved return all back and forth shipping and handling costs in full are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cerzan Studio will apply a 20% restocking fee on any approved return. Collect shipments will not be accepted by the factory. Cerzan Studio will refund the cost of items when recieved back minus any applicable fees only if the item is returned within the specified time and conditions. IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
Please contact our toll-free number (888) 205-8560, and advise us of the damage. We will
arrange to have the package picked up and ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Please re-pack the item in the original packing materials. Open boxes carefully and do not
destroy them. Customer is not responsible for shipping costs for damaged art..
