If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition our items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return them.
All products must be returned in original packaging. If we here made a mistake, Cerzan Studio will also refund the shipping and handling charges. However, if no mistake on our part was made and you simply wish to return your purchase, (ex. "don't like it") the item must be returned at your own expense. Shipping charges we incurred to ship "Free S/H" items will also be charged back to you, plus a 20% restocking fee.
To better serve you, we ask you to email us and let us know why your order is being returned. You will receive a return authorization number via email as soon as possible. When you return the item please include the return authorization number on the return address label. Items returned without a proper return authorization number will not be accepted.

How to return an item:
1.) Item must be returned in shipping box and original packaging material.
2.) Ship the package to the return address, making sure it is the only address showing on the box. We recommend that you ship the order through the carrier that brought the item to you, (UPS, USPS, FEDX Large Item Carrier) prepaid and insured for your own protection. We will not accept COD shipments. Make sure that the return authorization number is on the return address label.
3.) Please keep your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or refund. xc

If an item is damaged during shipment

arrange to have the package picked up and ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Please re-pack the item in the original packing materials. Open boxes carefully and do not destroy them. Customer is not responsible for shipping costs for damaged art.
